For sale is a legendary AKG D202E1 dynamic microphone. This are the desirable “E1″ version, featuring factory-standard 3-pin XLR outputs-no adapters required. The “Sound Rocket” Legacy. Known for their unique two-way system (dual capsules with a crossover at 500Hz), the D202E1 provides a flat frequency response. Usually only found in high-end condensers, but with the ruggedness of a dynamic mic. Famous for having zero proximity effect, making them the “secret weapon” for kick drums, brass, and broadcast speech. Audio: Both units have been tested and are passing clear audio (video of testing available). Hardware: Both include the original mounting clips. Note: One clip shows signs of a vintage repair but remains functional. Features: Both units feature the 3-position bass-cut switch. Cosmetics: Good vintage condition.
