Event ALP5 bi-amplified active nearfield monitors for studio production in good working condition. Features a 50W woofer amp and 30W tweeter amp, with moulded bass port for additional bass extension. Big sound for a small set of monitors, with great stereo imaging and mid-range clarity. Nice range of inputs including balanced XLR and balanced jack, with input gain adjuster on the back panel. Condition notes: these have been kept in storage, and the cones have yellowed and developed some surface-level cracks over time. The tweeter dust cap on one of the monitors also has some minor dimpling (see pictures), but this does not affect the sound. Balanced 6.3mm (1/4) jack. 5.25 low frequency driver with high temperature voice coil. 1 soft-dome neodymium radiator. 4th order electronic crossover. Frequency range 53Hz to 20kHz, +/-3dB, reference 500Hz.
