These are a clone of the RCF C3110 Speaker, but are actually better quality than the originals. Mid-Top cabinets are based on the RCF C3110 design, but with uprated drivers. The mid-bass driver is a 10 inch RCF L10/750YK, it has a 3 inch voice coil and rated at 350w RMS, 700w program. The HF driver is an uprated RCF ND1710 40w RMS, 80w Program Titanium Compression driver. Fitted to an RCF HF94 cast aluminium 90×40 horn flare. The 2 drive units are fed from a 500w RMS 2000Hz Beyma FD250 crossover. The cabinet also has loop in loop out Neutrik sockets on the rear. It also has rubber feet fitted and has aluminium top hats on underside for stand use. Cabinets are constructed of 3/4inch 14 laminate birch ply, glued and biscuit jointed as above and very heavy. Cabinets are also fully lagged with acoustic wadding. Cabinets have powder costed steel grille fitted. Dimensions 600mm High x 320mm Wide x 290mm Deep. These sound absolutely lush with lovely deep warm bass. Probably one of the best small PA cabinets I have heard and unbelievably over engineered. Collection Only From Winchester.

If you’re looking at these, you probably know enough about them that I don’t need to add more! Fantastic active loudspeakers for music production, studio use, or home hi-fi (which is how I used them). Images show how well looked after they are. Drivers and surrounds, etc are all excellent. No boxes as unfortunately they have been lost after a house move. Certainly very nice cables. I would prefer collection. Available separately, I have some custom built HEAVY desk stands that were made just for these, to lift perfectly to listening height.

The tall 2 voice coil ensures high heat dissipation and the necessary motor strength to deliver high sensitivity even on high power with the minimum distortion with recommended High Pass filter of 95Hz at 12 dB Octave. All this attention to detail makes the 6MB550FT one impressive driver. The smooth response from 85 to 7,500 Hz makes it perfect for 2 or 3-way designs. Designed to handle low frequency at a high power output. Xmax 5.40 mm 14 mm Peak-to-Peak excursion before damage. A huge magnet for increased efficiency and control. High power copper tinsel lead wire. Rigid cast aluminum frame can withstand the use and abuse of pro and car audio. Natural paper cone and double-roll surround for smooth response.
