EMU Proteus 2000 sound module. Complete with manual, power cable and rack ears. This unit has never been rack mounted and has very little use, was used for two tracks a decade ago and then went into storage. Very clean condition and from smoke free/pet free home. The Proteus 2000 is a reincarnation of the economicProteusrack module series of the early nineties. While its synthesis architecture is virtually the same as the original Proteus, the Proteus 2000 is packed with major new features, sounds and expandability for the most demanding professionals! It features 128-voice polyphony and 32 MIDI channels allowing it to handle even your most complex MIDI sequences. The sounds cover the whole spectrum of synthesizer type sounds, from real instruments to bizarre sounds and effects. Personally, I love the filters and the late 90s/early 2000s sound but I have no time for music production anymore, this needs to go to a good home.
