This listing includes the Rode NT1 Bundle & Focusrite Scarlett 2i2, Samson MediaOne BT3 and Tripod Boom Stand with 20′ XLR. NT1 Large Diaphragm Condenser Microphone Kit with SMR Shockmount. Is a large diaphragm condenser and features Rode’s HF6 capsule as well as an internal shockmount based on Rycote’s Lyre technology for protection against vibration. The NT1’s circuitry is assembled in Australia by Rode engineers and boasts a 4.5dBA level of self-noise for quiet operation. The included SMR shockmount also has a dual-Lyre suspension to reduce vibrations and is constructed from a reinforced polymer to evenly distribute vibrations to increase the effectiveness of the Lyre. The integrated pop shield is made of medical-grade stainless steel and has a silicon damper between the outer panels for reduced resonance. Beneath the body of the NT1 you will find the internal capsule suspension, which employs patented Lyre technology from Rycote. This internal shockmount isolates the HF6 capsule on the X, Y and Z axes, providing protection against vibration. The circuitry of the NT1 is assembled and tested using high-precision machinery operated by the engineers in Rode’s Australian factory. This meticulous manufacturing process has resulted in the NT1 having only 4.5 dBA of self-noise. The aluminum body of the NT1 is first nickel plated for corrosion resistance, before being coated in a durable ceramic firearm coating using electrostatic application techniques to ensure even coverage. The coating is then baked onto the surface, before having the graphic components laser etched, resulting in a hard wearing finish that is resistant to scratches or marks. SMR External Shockmount with Dual Lyre System. The dual-Lyre suspension system of the SMR was developed by Rode’s engineers to improve the overall effectiveness of the shock mount. The smaller inner Lyre acts as a tension element, to maintain each Lyre in its neutral position where it is most efficient at cancelling vibration The SMR pop shield is manufactured from medical-grade stainless steel. It is first chemically etched, shaped and welded before receiving a PVD base coat, followed by an electrostatically charged paint coating. With the load distributed over a greater surface area, the clamping system is immune to the wear and tear of repeated use. What comes in the Box? Tripod Microphone Stand with Fixed Boom. Features durable, steel construction. The boom arm allows you to angle the mic however you need it. An ergonomic twist-action clutch helps adjust the height of the stand, while the reinforced tripod base and non-slip feet keep it firmly and sturdily in place. The stereo pair of. MediaOne BT3 Two-Way Active 3 Bluetooth Monitors. Features the ability to connect to your smartphone, laptop or tablet. Each monitor houses a 3″ copolymer woofer and a 1″ silk dome tweeter, and can produce 15 watts of RMS power- 30 watts peak. The rear-vented, precision-tuned port enclosures are constructed of MDF and finished in a black satin vinyl covering with matching metal grilles. Bluetooth connectivity means you can listen to music, videos and other media playback through the MediaOne BT3 monitors without wires. Scarlett 2i2 from Focusrite. Is a 2 input, 2 output portable USB recording interface featuring two Focusrite preamps, housed in an anodized aluminum unibody chassis that is solid enough to take on the road. The preamps offer transparent, low-noise and low-distortion performance with sufficient available headroom for using moving coil, condenser or ribbon microphones. Phantom power is switchable. The front-panel Neutrik combo connectors can used to connect both line and instrument level signals as well as microphones. This makes it perfect for recording the output of a synthesizer or stage piano, while a flick of a switch caters for the output of an electric or acoustic guitar. Halo signal indicators help with maintaining correct levels. Red indicates a clipping signal, and with reduced gain the lights will momentarily turn amber before returning to green. A large monitor dial provides control over the output level being sent to monitor speakers, while a high-quality amplifier provides a clean yet loud signal to headphones. A direct monitor switch routes audio directly from the inputs to both the headphone and speaker outputs, allowing for zero-latency monitoring. The included Scarlett Plug-In suite provides EQ, compression, gate and reverb processing, and is cross-platform compatible with all major DAWs. Light and compact portable interface that easily fits in a laptop bag. Two Focusrite microphone preamps (same design as those on the Saffire PRO 40 and Liquid Saffire 56). Excellent digital performance with 24-bit resolution at sample rates of up to 96KHz. Rugged anodized aluminum unibody chassis provides protection against the harsh environment of the road. Bus powered – no need of an additional power supply. Includes Ableton Live Lite 8 software, as well as the company’s Scarlett plug-in suite providing EQ, compression, gate and reverb and compatible with all major DAWs. Gain knobs with surrounding halo indicators for each input (red indicates a too hot signal). Direct monitor switch on the front panel allows for hearing what is being recorded through speakers or headphones, without the signal having to go through the computer (avoids latency).
