The original Series II predates MIDI and was the last Fairlight to be 100% MIDI-Free. This particular instrument has had only 2 previous owners over it’s 36 years in existence. It’s first owner was a well known film music composer and it’s second owner an analogue synth collector and aficionado. It’s usage has been confined to a studio environment and has never been on the road; this explains it’s great cosmetic condition considering its age.
