BeyerDynamic M67 N Microphone West Germany, vintage, 1960’s, rare, excellent
Beyer Dynamic M67 N vocal and instrument microphone from the 1960’s. It has a M/S (music/speech) switch at the bottom which is effectively a high pass filter. It comes with a DIN to XLR converter cable and in a simple black pouch. This particular model is in much better shape than most other M67 from that time period. There are no dents in the body or the grille! Please study the photos for it’s physical appearance. It’s a bit of a secret weapon (or not so secret anymore). Amazing sounding on guitar cabs for example and I first saw a name engineer/ producer using it, who worked at Hansa Studios in Berlin in the late 70’s and early 80’s and who had recorded, Nina Hagen, David Bowie and Iggy Pop as a young assistant..
