Yamaha Model NS-10MC Nearfield Monitors (Pair of Two Speakers). Excellent condition overall with minor scratches. Grills, cones still bright white! , and tweeters are excellent. Speaker A still has original tag detailing speaker construction materials. Minor flaws: Right side of speaker B has scratches (see images 12, 13, and 14 for different angles). Top of speaker A has a small scratch of about 1 on top (images 10 & 11). Minor dust on grills. Minor wear on a couple corners (image 19). On one cone, there are a few very small little brown flecks (bottom of image 7). Matched serial number pair A & B. Note these speakers have screw-down connectors which provide a very secure connection, but do not accept banana plugs or spades, just bare wire. Description from an NS-10 Webpage: NS-10MC (aka NS-10M Consumer, Commercial): The same as the STUDIO model except that it’s designed to be suspended or mounted, and thus has holes for this. It is one of only two models that sits horizontally (the other is the STUDIO) and it’s name label is turned 90 degrees to accomodate this. Unlike the STUDIO model, it has the option of a removable cover. It can be suspended via the Yamaha BWS50 260 Wall Mount Bracket [not included in this listing].
